How much is delivery?

Our standard deliveries are free, as long as you place a minimum order of BD20, whether you've ordered bouquets, arrangements chocolates or plants, or all of the above. Alia Flowers delivers virtually everywhere across Bahrain.

Where do you deliver? How long does it take?

We offer same day and next day delivery everywhere on the island. Please note: Same day delivery is available on orders placed within six hours of placing an order.

Do you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we guarantee that your delivery will be delivered on the requested date, unless the recipient is not home, or if weather conditions make delivery impossible.

Do you deliver to businesses?

Sure, we love surprising people at work.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, and we understand the sensitive nature of hospital deliveries. All Alia Flowers representatives are professionals experienced in delivering flowers in delicate situations. We also offer a pick-up service, delivering flowers from the hospital to the home, which costs BD40 per trip. These flowers are usually delivered in our refrigerated trucks.

Do you deliver on Friday?

Yes, Alia Flowers is pleased to offer delivery on Fridays.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home at time of delivery?

The delivery person will leave a card (with a number to call in order to arrange a convenient delivery time). No need to worry, all deliveries are made by experienced professionals and they will choose the situation.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Alia Flowers is happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express (Amex holders receive 20 per cent off when ordering flowers/plants), as well as cash and via bWallet, the latest mobile digital wallet from Batelco and AFS.

Can I pay for my order on arrival?

Yes, we accept payment on delivery.

Will any of my billing information be displayed on the delivered item?

No. The only identifying marking displayed on the item will be your name and card message.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Absolutely. Alia Flowers uses a secure connection to transfer all order information. Alia Flowers doesn’t sell, lend or provide information to any outside organisations.

Will I be able to send a message with my order?

Yes, you can write your own personal message to the recipient. It’s up to you.

Will you send me a receipt?

If you place your order online, you can print a receipt after you complete the transaction. If you would like a receipt for an order placed by phone, simply ask us and we will be happy to provide you with one.

I’m having a problem ordering from your website, what should I do?

Can I send flowers purchased on the same invoice to two different recipients?

Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate your request at this time.

Can I make changes to my order?

Of course, as long as your item has not already been sent. You are allowed a half-hour grace period to change your order.

Where are my flowers?

They should have been delivered today. Contact us and find out. If there is any problem, we will fix it and have your flowers delivered as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are unnecessary in the flower industry. Our flowers aren’t shipped long distances; they are prepared and delivered by an Alia Flowers representative. If a rival company is telling you that you will be able to track your flower shipment, their flowers will not be as fresh as ours, guaranteed. We, of course, track your orders internally.

I made a mistake when ordering, what should I do?

Contact us immediately, and we will fix it.

The bouquet I received was not what I ordered, what are you going to do?

Alia Flowers fully adheres to our Value Assurance Policy. However, once and a while, mistakes happen. Contact us and we will make sure to clear up any misunderstanding. In the event that we made a mistake, we will be happy to replace the product or find another solution to make it right.

Does Alia Flowers do weddings?

Alia Flowers can provide you with the freshest wedding flowers (as well as top quality artificial flowers/plants/chocolates/rental furniture/accessories/candles/lights to appropriately accent that very special day. Weddings are always done as custom orders. Needless to say, we also do sufras, henna (both Arabic and Indian) parties, engagements and shabka decorations. Please contact us for more information.

VALUE ASSURANCE POLICY

Occasionally, due to the realities of the flower industry (such as temporary regional product shortages), we may have to slightly modify arrangements in order to deliver the best quality product on the date requested. Please keep in mind that the vast majority of orders will be delivered as displayed and we will only substitute when absolutely necessary. However, if substitution is the only option, we will guarantee that; The delivered product is the same size or larger, the delivered product bears a close resemblance to the product ordered, The delivered product is of equal or greater value than the product ordered, and All substitutions will be made with theme and value in mind. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the product delivered, please contact us so we can make it right.
